(got them when cherryculture was having 30% disc on NYX so shipping was practically free)

Sundown marathon
No, I didn't join the run. I would probably collapse from it. But since I was tryin to refresh my blog n my sis (ju) just came back from the run I decided to start a post on it. Gonna blog to keep myself occupied, cause i'm currently jobless n waiting for sch to start.

Okay, the run seems to be the hottest topic too other than the soccer match - manU vs Barce (secretly happy abt the results!) cause my newsfeed was filled w it.
Ju joined her 1st full (she did the 1/2 last yr) marathon which is 42km n she completed it!! I'm so proud of her n there's a reason behind it. In the past I was so proud that I can complete x-country which was only abt 4km. Also she used to be chubby & "cute" during her schling days n both she n dajie (Fel) will skip sports day/x-country at all cost! Usually faking MC n I nv understood y my parents allowed it. It's still skipping school! I always looked forward to these events, but now its the other way round -.-
I'm like super nua n lazy while she runs n swim every week... the most I do is bask under the sun.
Even my mum started nagging, but I had my way w her. Lol

Mum- both of u so lazy! Why nv join ju go running?? Like couch potato.
Me- erm, so long nv run n must pay money to join u know?
Mum- Huh? Not sponsored one meh? Still must pay money?
Me- of cause! Drinks, t-shirt, medals?? Nothing is free! I think quite expensive to join. U ask ju.
Mum- Wah, ju u got a lot of money ah? Waste money john this kind of thing.
HAHA. STINGY ANOT?! Attitude changes so fast.

This year better be good! I'm finally taking a new route after 3 years of being an OL. Can you believe it?! 3 freaking years! I'hv survived! Can't wait for my new journey to start (:

I cant believe i'm already 5 months passed my 22th bday
and i have yet to updated my 21st Birthday post that is in my draft!
So many things had happened since my last blog post.
the passing of my beloved grandma on 02/02/10
(still feels like yesterday)
but i'm sure she's happily in heaven now watching us from above
No pain & sufferings (:
Time to update my blog religiously because it gonna be a great diary
if i start to suffer from Alzheimer one day!
Sometimes i just like reading though my old blog posts & emails
to find out all the crappy stuff i used to do
realizing how much i have grown from the childish self to now!
*Not that i'm very mature now but still....
My next mission on this blog is to type out a chinese-written letter!!!
My sis (Ju) miraculously found a letter belonging to my grandma
that was sent to her 5yrs ago from a classmate!!! Can you imagine?!
It talks about her life after they left school and lost contact.
i haven't read the letter myself.
But my grandma actually didn't reply to the letter!
My sisters and I didn't knew about it's existence but according to my aunt
granny didn't reply because her hand-written skills were not proficient enough...
My sis says she's gonna reply on my grandma's behalf
hoping that her classmate is still around and living in the same place.
I dont know why but it somehow reminds me of the movie "Letters to Juliet".
Although its not a love letter but i find it so touching
that a friend will put in such effort to find a long-lost friend.
I guess that's all for now. BYE!
ps: i finally went to aussie! the last trip was 15yrs ago when i was 7yrs old

Its been 3 weeks since her departure.
It's tough, a forever goodbye.
Her departure hit everyone real hard thou people says
"it's part and parcel of life."
I wish to believe she's in heaven but yet i feel her presence in the house.
Is it from above?
Every topic at home still starts with " Ah po used to...."
CNY, Christmas & Birthdays will never be the same again.
Missing and will always miss her.
